NexStone Financial Solutions' ROCKIN' RIBFEST is the major annual fundraising event for Dove House Children's Advocacy Center, serving sexually abused children throughout Iredell County, North Carolina. Our goal for this fundraiser is to provide a memorable and fun-filled family event while raising money for Dove House. Rockin’ RibFest will feature a top-notch line-up of national ribbers serving up the best BBQ in North America, while competing for bragging rights and the 1st Place Trophy to be determined by a panel of celebrity judges. An unbelievable original-artist live concert that will blast you back in time with EDDIE MONEY, SURVIVOR, STARSHIP featuring MICKEY THOMAS, FOGHAT, and ORLEANS! Venue has a 7,000 seat COVERED arena, so come Rain or Shine!!
Other activities include the Antique & Classic Car Show, a Kid’s Zone with dozens of free activities, Arts & Crafts Vendors, Merchant Booths, Camping, plus Rockin’ RibFest will feature the 5 Off / 5 On team, as they perform NASCAR pit crew demonstrations. The public will have an opportunity to be timed in a simulated pit-crew setting. The fastest time for Saturday and Sunday will win a great NASCAR-related prize.
