We are a veteran owned and operated special event food vendor. We can operate from our 16 foot Wells Cargo concession trailer or our 10 x 10 foot concession tent or both. We require 11 volt-30 amp electric service.

We have participated in over 1200 events since our inception in 1992. We are available to travel as needed.


Our signature product is our hand made Bavarian roasted almonds. These are hand-made in a cooper kettle and our customers and patrons enjoy watching them being roasted. We also sell California churros which are a Mexican type pastry, super nachos with cheese, chili and peppers, caramel coated apple wedges, char-grilled pretzels, coffee, hot chocolate, lemonade, bottled water and bottled drinks.

Our products sell well no matter where we are located. We prefer to not be near another strong smell type producing product so that our Bavarian roasted almond smell is utilized to its fullest.

We have over 100 other food vendors that we work with and can assist your event in contracting them as well.

Our Bavarian roasted almonds, pecans and cashews are available for mail order or wholesale year round.
